European environmental policy is much more active
than Russian. After ratification of the Paris Agreement, Russian companies in Europe are very
likely to face hard times and pay additional taxes. As Natalia Piskulova from MGIMO
thinks, environmental cooperation between
Russia and the EU in the economic field has clear prospects.
