Transformation of the European Security System: Risks and Opportunities

Kadri Liik took part in the international seminar "Transformation of the European Security System: Risks and Opportunities" at Volgograd State University on 8-11 April 2019. The seminar was supported by the EU Delegation to Russia and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Russia. it was attended by students and teachers of VolSU. EUREN also facilitated the participation of Yvonni-Stefania Efsthathiou from the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS), London.
